Bradley Philpot

Bradley "Brad" Philpot was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Wanna and Edward Philpot on June 2, 1970. He passed at 55, on August 19, 2025, survived by his two beloved daughters, father, and brother.
A proud alumni of Georgia Tech, Brad received his Masters from Mercer before he became a successful accountant for Georgia Power. There, he made many lifelong friendships that he spoke fondly of. However, his true passion remained in the outdoors. Brad loved going on hikes with his daughters, Megan and Amanda, and could often be found sitting outside with his dogs.
Brad walked with the motto that despite life's troubles that "this too shall pass." Brad beat cancer, raised two amazing girls, and was a light to those around him. Brad lives on in heaven and in the spirit of all his friends and loved ones.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of Bradley Philpot will be held at 5:00pm on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel in Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:30pm until time of service at the funeral home.
