Age 78, of O’Hara Twp., on Thursday, August 28, 2025, Jim was the beloved husband of Diane Slowik Blazek; son of the late Wilbert F. and Pauline B. Kay Blazek; brother of William F. “Bill” Blazek (Paula); uncle of Sherry Lynn Blazek, Karen Sue Blazek (Omar Vega-Barrara).
Celebrate Jim’s life with his family on Tuesday from 3-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. where Services will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM. In lieu of flowers or other gifts, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the University of Pittsburgh, Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.
