James S. ”Steve" Bohner, 64 of Carmel, passed away Monday, September 23, 2024. Steve was born July 18, 1960 in Speedway to the late Earl and Betty Jean Bohner. He was a 1979 graduate of Carmel High School and a 1984 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in accounting.
While at Purdue, Steve was a member of Omega Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity where he served as Chapter President and later Treasurer of the Chapter Housing Corporation.
Steve was a certified public account operating his own firm for a number of years.
A memorial service will be held at 10.00 am Thursday, November 14 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel.
Steve is survived by his brothers, Robert C. (Bob) Bohner of Manhattan Beach, CA and Richard E. (Rick) Bohner, sister-in-law Pat Bohner, and nephews Evan and Andrew of Malvern, PA.
