James Branson Obituary

He was born on April 10, 1961, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, to Jarvis and Maybelle (Hutto) Branson.
For 25 years, James, known as "Bullet," was a dedicated member of the Carolina Rebels Motorcycle Club.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Branson; his mother, Maybelle Branson; his son, James Robert Branson, Jr.; Allie Branson and John Murray Branson; and his stepsons, Kyle Skoczylas and Howard Williams. He was preceded in death by his father, Jarvis Branson.
James will be remembered for the life he lived and the connections he made along the way. May his memory bring comfort and joy to those who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29208 on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will follow in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209 following the chapel service. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
