Jim entered this world on January 14,1953 in Clarksburg, West Virginia and left this earthly home on December 31, 2024 in Canton, Ohio. He went to Canton South High School and Cleveland Automobile Mechanic School. Jim spent most of his life around engines either repairing or driving them. He and his late wife, Diane, owned a trucking company that made it to 49 of the 50 states but just couldn’t make the drive to Hawaii. Jim, also, enjoyed racing his souped-up lawn mower and even placed occasionally.

Jim was the son of James and Betty Casto now deceased. In addition to his parents, Jim is preceded in death by his wife Diane, and his step daughter Katt.  He is survived by sister, Diane, his first wife, Linda and their daughters, Michelle, Jamie and Tammy, and step-daughters, Kim, Kari, Kris, and Kandice. There are grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews to remember him. He and Diane’s ashes will be United and buried together as one. Our memories of him will be in our hearts forever.

As per his wishes there will be no services just prayers for his loved ones.  Arrangements entrusted to Adams Mason Funeral Home (330) 535-9186
