He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 69 years, Beulah L. (Decker) Decker; children, Lisa Kemme (John) and Danny Decker (Barbara); two grandchildren, Ben (Elizabeth) and Kelli (Sam); four great-grandchildren, Annie, Owen, Violet, and Silas; brothers, Ray and Terry Decker; and sisters, Virginia Varner, Elizabeth Shears, and Mildred Decker.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 am EST on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Bill Newton Cemetery in Leitchfield, KY. Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday from 4-8 pm and Tuesday from 10 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Family video on www.subfuneralhome.com
