James “Jim” Edward Haney born November 25, 1947, found peace and comfort in the arms of Jesus on December 10, 2023, at the age of 76. He is preceded in death by his parents Everett and Betty (nee Spalding), his sister Patricia Smith and his always loving sister, Sonja Shallow.

Jim married his high school sweetheart, Kathy, in 1969 at Mary Queen of Heaven church in West Allis. He then graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Pharmacy School in 1972. Jim and Kathy made their home in Waukesha where they raised their two children, Jay, and Jill. Jim worked as a Pharmacist in New Berlin and Waukesha for 40 years before retiring.

He is survived by his loyal wife of 53 years, Kathleen (nee Lodes) Haney; son, James Haney, and daughter Jill (Kevin) Novak. He will forever be missed by his cherished 10 grandchildren: Anna, Evan, Caroline, Ella, Allysen, Erik, Alisyn, Aiden, Addison, and Ashton. He will be remembered fondly by nieces, nephews, family, friends, and the many patients he faithfully served as friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until the 6:00 p.m. funeral service. A private burial will be held at Salem Cemetery in Wales, Wisconsin.
