James Wayne Lang Jr.

James Wayne Lang, Jr., 57, of King William, VA went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 19, 2025, while surrounded by his family. Wayne enjoyed working with computers, woodworking, and watching HGTV building shows. Christmas was Wayne's favorite time of year. He was a firm believer in Santa Claus and the magic he brought to the season. Above all, being with his family was his favorite place to be.

Wayne is survived by his loving parents, James and Barbara Lang; his sister, Pat Harrell and her husband, Bobby; his brother, David Lang; a nephew, Brandon Harrell; niece, Chelsea Harrell; great-nieces, Harley and Caity; great nephew, Hunter; and a special caregiver of eleven years, Sylvia Garlick.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 23rd at Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th Street, West Point, VA 23181. Interment to follow in St. James Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
