Obituary For James Manson
Mr. James Manson was born March 16, 1947 in Peach County to the late Mr. Ellis Mill Manson Sr. and Mrs. Mary Manson.
James Manson was a master carpenter with the local union #144 for over 34 years, from where he retired in 2007 as a master carpenter.
He was united in Holy matrimony to Mrs. Joann W. Manson in 1971, to this union three children were born.
He departed this life on Friday August 9th, 2024 at the age of 77.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Joann W. Manson of Byron, Ga; two sons James Manson Jr. of Warner Robins Ga and Willie James Manson (Frances) of Fort Valley Ga; six daughters Tamekia Brown of Warner Robins GA, Latasha Grant (Joey) of Midland TX, Cynthia Brown of Warner Robins Ga, Felicia Willis (Kenneth) of Warner Robins Ga, Melissa Manson of Macon Ga, and Aronda Mace of TX.
Five brothers; a devoted brother Johnny Lee Manson (Alfrieda) of Macon GA, Ellis Manson Jr. (Elizabeth) of Kathleen Ga, Albert Manson (Donella) of Bryon Ga, Steve Manson (Rose) of Byron Ga, Elder Lonzie Thomas of Fort Valley Ga, Charlie Manson deceased (Wilma). One sister; Mary Beulah Solomon of Fort Valley, Ga. twenty-nine grandchildren, Reginald Manson (deceased), forty-two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, and a longtime friend Earl Mullis.
