James Reynolds, Sr. Obituary
James Buel Reynolds, Sr., 68, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, March 13 at his home. He was born in Daviess County, Kentucky to the late Buel and Gracie Mae Loney Reynolds.
James spent many years working hard in the oil fields. He enjoyed racing and was known at Windy Hollow Raceway as the “Bingo Bandit”. Most of all, he loved spending time with his wife and family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Brenda, Barbara, Sharon and David Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years and love of his life, Bonnie Rice Reynolds; children, Jennifer Howard (Todd), Missy Keiser (Chris), Jamie Sheriff (Victor), James Reynolds, Jr. and Steve Simmons; 14 grandchildren (and their spouses); 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; siblings, Sandra Lyons, Michael Reynolds and Phillip Reynolds; and many nieces and nephews, including a special niece who helped care for him, Ashlie Reynolds.
The funeral service will be at 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 16 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, where visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
