James Gregory (Jamie) Roberts age 48 was born on November 11,1976. Jamie was a bicenntial baby. He passed away peacefully at his home in his sleep on January 1, 2025.
Jamie is preceded in death by his grandparents: Junior and Jean Roberts, Orby and Lois Seber, T.H. and Nancy Smith. Brother: Allen Roberts Aunts: Ruby Moore and Janice Daniels. Uncles: Ralph Roberts and Johnny Smith.
Jamie leaves behind his father and step-mother Bobby and Donna Roberts. His mother Patricia Roberts, Brothers: Rick (Julie) Roberts, Shawn (Jessie) Roberts, Chris Jolly and Sheila Cooper. Nephews: Connor, Brodie and Jackson Roberts. Vince Jolly, Landen and Jacob Wilson, Nicholas and Lucas McAfee. Uncles: Charles (Nadine) Roberts, Bruce (Judy) Seber, J.D. (Vickie) Smith, William (Carolyn) Smith. Aunt: Christel Staggs and a host of family & friends.
The family will receive friends Monday January 6, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Claiborne~Overholt Funeral Home, LLC Chapel with services to follow at 7:00pm with the Rev. Steve Ousley and Rev. Tommy Russell officiating. Music will be provided by Allison Smith & April Headrick, Nichole Seal & Chasina Rose. Burial will be on Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Chittum Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Connor Roberts, Brodie Roberts, Jackson Roberts, Vince Jolly, Landen Wilson, Jacob Wilson, Nick McAfee and Lucas McAfee.
Honorary Pallbearers: Special Neighbors.

Prayers being said for the family. Jamie was one of my favorite people. I´m glad I got to visit with him and talk to him from time to time. He was a good person. His race is over. Rest in peace little buddy.
