James Earl Russell Jr., 57, a Carpenter, died March 14, 2025, at home. Visitation is Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS. There will be a private family burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Jr. Russell lived for fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, making every moment a celebration with music.
Among the survivors his children Marria McPherson of San Antonio, Tx, Jodie McPherson of San Antonio, Tx, & Vanity (Michael) Radtke of Birnamwood, WI; parents James Earl Russell, Sr. and Mervin Sue Russell of Clarksdale, MS; brothers John Russell, Jason Russell, and Matt Russell of Clarksdale, MS; sister Rebecca (Leon) Wesley of Clarksdale, MS. grandchildren Brei, Riley, Gabriel and Hunter Radtke; and many close nieces and nephews.
