Jim and his family were wonderful neighbors when I came as an exchange student some forty years ago in Warwick. I have not forgotten them and I share some of the sorrow of his family. I wish them a lot of courage and I wish to express my condolences in particular to Jimmy and Karen whom I have known and to the whole family.

Playing Swansea country club and watching Mr. Sullivan proceed to handily beat the younger crew. Great Golfer, Great Man...Great Family .... RIP Mr. Sullivan.

I will always remember when Jim was very new to moving to the New Hampshire Veterans Home (NHVH), joining our NHVH family. We had a motorcycle group visiting and I asked my daughter to volunteer to bring veterans outside to enjoy the bikes and meet with their owners while I took pictures for my NHVH Public Information Officer position. My daughter, Stephanie, had the honor and pleasure of bringing Jim out to enjoy the bikes and the camaraderie. She connected with him right away and truly enjoyed her volunteer time with him. After the event, she often asked about him.
Later, when I referred her to apply for an accounting position in the NHVH Business Office, she said, "If I got the job, I would be able to see Jim again!" He truly made an impression on her that she (and I) will never forget. He is missed.
