Jane Carol Redden, 66, of Shoup, Idaho, passed away December 28, 2025, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Jane was born April 7, 1959, in Booneville, Mississippi, to James Harme Spencer and Maxie Remell Denson Spencer. She grew up in Booneville, was in girl scouts, and attended Booneville High School. She also attended Ole Miss, and graduated from Northeast Mississippi Community College with a degree in Hotel/Motel Management.
On January 14, 1998, she married Randy Redden in Memphis, Tennessee. Jane and Randy made their home on the Gulf Coast for eighteen years, and then in Shoup, Idaho.
She was a member of the girl scouts, her high school band where she played the tenor saxophone, and New Orleans Mardi Gras Krewe of Orpheus. She enjoyed photography and was a semi-pro photographer. She also enjoyed making jewelry with beadwork.
Jane is survived by her husband, Randy Redden of Livingston, TX; son, Corey Morrell of Paducah, MS; blended family sons, James Redden, Manasseh Redden, and DL Redden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Harme Spencer and Maxie Remell Spencer; son, Brant; blended family children; son, Victor; and daughter, Rhea.
