Jane Adele Smith

Jane Adele Smith (formerly Wagner) (Nee Finch), aged 92, of Pewaukee died on May 8, 2025.
She was born December 31, 1932, in Covina, California, to Bernard and Marion Finch (Nee Johnson). Jane also was the youngest of her brother Bernard Finch and sister Marion Gordon (Nee Finch). She attended Covina High School and Mt. San Antonio College (UC Mt. Sac). She raised two sons with her first husband, Bill (William) Frederick Wagner. In 1985, she married Donald Everett Smith. She worked as an executive assistant in healthcare. She was a German language tutor at UC Mt. Sac. In December of 2005 her final cross-country move brought her to Pewaukee, Wisconsin to be near her two sons and make new friends.
Jane was active in Adult Bible Fellowship in California and Wisconsin. She also had a strong faith as a "born-again" Christian and fully believed in the Trinity of God the Father; Jesus the Risin Son and the Holy Spirit left in us.
Jane enjoyed her many dogs over her life. She was an avid Iditarod follower in recent years. She made several trips to Germany where she made lifelong friends.
Jane is survived by her sons Arick (spouse Kris) Wagner and Alan (spouse Terri) Wagner. She is further survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and her cockapoo, Jack.
At CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 380 Bluemound Rd, Waukesha, a fellowship time will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 10 am to 11 am, followed by a brief memorial service at 11 am.
Jane's final placement with her late husband Don Everett Smith will be at, Oakdale Mortuary & Memorial Park, 1401 S Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
