Jane E. Terranova

Jane E. (Shipulski) Terranova, 73, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Lawrence General Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was the devoted wife of John N. Terranova, with whom she shared 32 cherished years of marriage.
Born and raised in Saugus, MA, Jane was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Babcock) Shipulski. She was a proud graduate of Saugus High School, class of 1969. Following graduation, Jane pursued her passion for nursing and earned a degree from New Hampshire Community College. She dedicated her professional life to the care and well-being of others, to serve as a compassionate nurse at Anna Jacques Hospital until her well-deserved retirement.
Jane's life was enriched by her love for travel and adventure. She delighted in exploring diverse destinations such as Aruba, Nepal, Mexico, the Grand Canyon, and Disney World in Florida. In addition to her travels, Jane found joy in walking and solving crossword puzzles, activities that brought her much contentment and relaxation.
In addition to her parents, Jane was predeceased by her beloved stillborn son, Michael J. Terranova, and her dear brothers, Daniel Shipulski and Charles Shipulski.
Jane leaves behind her devoted husband, John; her loving son, John E. Terranova of Lancaster, MA and his fiancée, Clara St. Germain; and her cherished brother, Edward Shipulski.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in her honor on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Holy Rosary Shrine, 35 Essex St., Lawrence, MA. Interment will follow at Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence.
