Janell Reilly Obituary
Before Janell married her soul mate, the love of her life and best friend Alan Reilly on June 16, 2012 at LC Ranch in Altamont, UT, she had 3 amazing children Tyler Turnbow, Aarron Schlosser, and Amanda Johnson. Janell and Alan reside in Moroni UT but Janell had lived all over the Salt Lake City; Utah County and Sanpete County!
Janell was known for her unwavering kindness, infectious laughter, and fierce love for her family. She dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting those around her, always putting others before herself. Janell had a love of the outdoors, she enjoyed being in the mountains and was a great fishermen. Janell loved all animals, she had goats, cats, chickens but her favorites were her dogs. Her home was a sanctuary and was filled with love and laughter. Her patented "Zip it", "Sick of it", and "Freak" would get you laughing every time.
Janell is survived by her husband, Alan; her children, Tyler (Courtney) Turnbow; Aarron Schlosser; and Amanda (Dan) Johnson; her step-children, Duke Reilly and Elizabeth Cavan; her 13 grandchildren, Chloe, Talisha, Cara, Tyler Jr, Carrington, Ameryn, Tenly, DaniLynn, Cailyn, Falyn, Aelyn, George, and Evelyn; siblings, Jerome "JD" Gebur; Bret (Christa) Ross; Sylvia Gebur (George) Staten; Jill Gebur (James) Bearden and countless other family and friends who will hold her memory in their hearts. She will be deeply missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
Janell was preceded in death by her parents, step mother Betty Gebur; siblings Dawn Wall, Ronnie Ross, Lori Olsen, and Megan Odelkirk. It is sure to be a glorious reunion when they all see each other again!
A celebration of Janell's life will be held in the Spring of 2025 in SLC.
Rest in peace, Janell. Your legacy of love and compassion will live on in all of us!
