Janice Addis Holcombe

Westminster, SC - Janice A. Holcombe, 85, wife of Earl Holcombe passed away on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at Prisma Cottingham Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
Born on August 27th, 1940 to Louis H. and Gertrude B. Addis, and later married in 1956 to her high school sweetheart. Janice and Earl became young parents to their three children, Melinda, Beverly and Steve. She retired from Jantzen Inc. in 2002 after 43 years of employment. After her retirement she enjoyed her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, and spending time at Garden City Beach.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Earl Holcombe, her children, Melinda H. Rohletter and her husband Ted, Beverly H. Crenshaw and her husband Bob, and Stephen E. Holcombe and the late Andrea Allison; grandchildren, Kelly R. Donald and her husband Lane, Katie R. Ezell and her husband Stephen; great grandchildren, Austin Donald, Addy Donald, Anlee Donald; brother, John L. Addis; brother in law, Tommy Crumpton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Betty A. Crumpton.
The family would like to thank the staff of Foothills Assisted Living and Cottingham Hospice House for their loving care.
A Celebration of Janice's life will be held Saturday, November 1st, 2025 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, at Sandifer Funeral Home.
