Janie Dukes Wade born July 1,1943 in Statesboro, Georgia went to be with the Lord on January 13, 2022 in Clanton, Alabama where she and her husband have lived for 15+ years. Janie is a member of Chestnut Creek Baptist Church in Verbena. She was preceded in death by parents; Denver Arnold Dukes and Ruth Lanigan Dukes as well as sister Judy Kennedy. Janie was a master cosmetologist for 40+ years which was a career she loved. She dedicated her life to loving her family which was filled with kids, grandkids, and great grandkids whom she loved to spoil, in her words, "you want it, you need it, you get it!"
Janie is survived by her husband Danny Wade.
Children; Ricky NeSmith, Peggy Argent, Dinkie Wise (Timmy), Kimberley Farrar (Dan), Clyde Caudle.
Grandchildren; Jay Parrish, Chris Wise, Brittany Wiggins (Andrew), Priscilla Harris (JD "DJ"), Bridgett Davis (Andy), Heather Caudle, Emma Neeley, William Neeley, Zayne Zeeuw.
Great- Grandchildren; Ryan Parrish, Jayce Harris, Jake Harris, Hawk Wise, Nash Wiggins, Denver Harris, Izzy Wiggins.
And Siblings; Betty Hollingsworth and Dewayne Dukes (Beth)
