Jason was the owner of JC Waste, loved the Tennessee Vols, golfing, deep sea fishing, and frog gigging.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 10:00am -1:00pm and services at 1:00pm at The Bridge Fellowship Church, 5066 Lebanon Rd, Lebanon, TN 37087. Burial will be private.
Pallbearers will be Gregg Hall, Rob Torbert, Kyle Hardin, Dino Premo, CJ Reynolds, and James Covert.
Honorary pallbearers are Kevin DeLong and Keegan DeLong.
The family request funeral attire be TN Vols fan gear, cowboy boots or Jordans

As one of Jason's doctors, I shared many personal moments with him. I think it is fair to say I saw him at his best and also at his most difficult times over the past several years. Even at his most trying times, he always came in with that classic grin. Together, we always found the humor in his life events. I will miss him. My sincere sympathy to his wife, his children and his father who dragged Jason into my office so many years ago. At this time of Thanksgiving, I am thankful that I got to know Jason.
