Jason Kirk Norris

Jason Kirk Norris, 52, passed away holding his wife's hand on February 25, 2025, at Moses Cone Hospital. Jason was born and raised in Guilford County, NC, graduating from Southeast Guilford High School and GTCC programs. Welding (both hands-on and supervision) was his life pursuit after settling down to adulthood.
He was well known for his mischievous sense of humor which began as class clown and continued to improve in adulthood. No one was safe from his pranks. His real joy was being a husband, father, and grandfather. Those kids had a perfect playmate. Seeing his license plate, hat, and various T-shirts, people knew he was a faithful Carolina Panthers fan. He also loved his Tarheels.
Jason is survived by his wife, Kimberly Walker Norris; two daughters, Jennifer Norris of the home and Jordan Lemoi (Sawyer) of Ft. Campbell, KY; two sons, Justin Norris and Nicholas Walker of Greensboro; his parents, Jed and Brenda Norris of Pleasant Garden; two brothers, Eric Norris (Marsha) of Asheboro and Jim Norris of Rhode Island; and father-in-law, Charles Walker of Greensboro. Also, the lights of his life, his grandchildren: Brooklyn and Raiden Lemoi, and Hunter and Harper Norris. He has numerous cousins, nieces and nephews in NC and MA.
