Jason Allen Roach, 43, of Amarillo, Texas, left his physical body and moved to his spiritual body on Saturday, November 6, after a lengthy illness.

Jason was born on May 20, 1978. He started his life in Amarillo, and then lived in Bowie, Texas, for eight years. He and his family returned to Amarillo when Jason was 12 years old. He lived in Amarillo the rest of his earthly life.

Jason graduated from Bible Heritage in 1994.

Athletics were important throughout his life. He competed in flag football, baseball, softball, and volleyball.

Jason had a gift of keeping us all entertained. He very seldom let anything go by without some "smart" comment.

Survivors include his children, Jade Crabtree, Adrian Roach, and Cody Roach; by his parents, Terri Smith and G. A. Roach; brothers, Joshua Roach and Jonathan Roach; a nephew, Aaron Roach; his cousins, Aaron King, Rachel Turpen, Jessica Gresham, and Christopher Ratliff; and his beloved service dog, Michael.

His family is grateful for the time we had Jason here. We grieve with hope, knowing that he is in the care of the Good Shepherd, and anticipating the day of reunion in our Father's house.

We love you Jason. We rejoice that you are safely home. See you at the house!

A private family memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd., Amarillo.
