Jayne M. Dunseith

Jayne Maurene Dunseith of Rochester Hills, passed away on December 7, 2025 at the age of 67. She was born on May 16, 1958, in Ferndale to Alfred and Luella Joyce.
Jayne grew up in Clawson and graduated from Clawson High School in 1976. She received her Bachelor's degree from Baker College and worked for many years as a payroll specialist for Clawson School District and Oakland Schools. Jayne spent her free time gardening and reading and was a phenomenal cook and baker. She enjoyed taking long walks, participating in many half marathons and charity races. Jayne enjoyed traveling as well, including trips to visit family, and spending time up north at the family cottage in Grayling. Jayne was loved by many and she will be greatly missed.
Jayne is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years Stephen, her loving children Stephanie (Phillip) Dunseith-Zimny and Raymond (Olga) Dunseith, and her cherished granddaughter Sadie Dunseith. She is also survived by her mother Luella Joyce, her siblings Duane (Catherine) Joyce and Marjorie (John) Oberer, her sister-in-law Jan Joyce, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jayne is preceded in death by her father Alfred "Boots" Joyce and her brother Tom Joyce.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 2-8pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors, 1368 N. Crooks, Clawson, Michigan 48017. Funeral Service will be Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11am at the funeral home. Friends may begin visiting at 10am.
