Jean DeSandre

Jean DeSandre, age 88, passed away peacefully at her home on February 1, 2025.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph DeSandre Jr. and a devoted mother to Joseph Mark DeSandre. She was a cherished grandmother to Joseph Donald DeSandre and Ashley Diane DeSandre, with whom she shared a deep and loving bond. Jean took a very active role in caring for her grandchildren, always offering them guidance, support, and unconditional love. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Nancy Ferguson, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by her brother, James Stanley Ferguson.
Jean dedicated her life to service and hard work. She was a respected Secretary Coordinator at Warren Consolidated Schools for over 40 years. In addition, she devoted more than 50 years of service to St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Warren, Michigan, where she was actively involved as a Catechism teacher, sharing her faith and wisdom with generations of students.
Jean's kindness, dedication, and unwavering faith touched the lives of so many.
