Jeanette Jean Erickson, 81, of Plover, formerly of the Town of New Hope, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Aspirus Hospital in Stevens Point. She was born on June 14, 1944 in Amherst Jct., to the late Joseph and Charlotte (Keenlance) Meronek. Jeanette married Arnold Erickson. He preceded her in death.
Jeanette enjoyed going to the casino along with fishing, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She also liked working in her flower and vegetable gardens.
Jeanette is survived by her Daughters: Donna: (Bob) Mueller, Debra Axelson, and Dawn (Mike) Peters, 12 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, Sister: Sherry (Del) Hansen along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Arnold, Son: David Erickson, Sister: Pat Moe, Great Granddaughter: Alina Ramirez and Son in law: Ken Axelson.
The Funeral Service for Jeanette will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 1:00 PM at North New Hope Lutheran Church with Rev. Michael Peuse officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Interment will be at North New Hope Lutheran Cemetery.
