Born on July 3, 1931, in La Prairie, Quebec, Canada, to Eli Ralph Gagnon and Aurore Rose St. Hilaire Gagnon. Jeanne's journey began in a small town before her family moved to Cohoes, NY in 1938.

To say they were active with their families is an understatement as they put a lot of miles in.
