Her grandchildren were her world, and they brought her immeasurable joy. A member of the West Caton Baptist Church, she faithfully supported many church ministries. She was a very strong woman of faith and shared that love with others. Holidays were always a special time for her, as she eagerly anticipated gathering with family and sharing her love through the warmth of her cooking. She was an avid Hallmark movie enthusiast, Booth Brothers fan, had a delightful snowmen collection.
Jeanne is survived by three: Ronda LaDieu of Wellsville, NY, Renee Painter of Corning, NY, Ronald (Lisa) LaDieu of PA; grandchildren: Christina, Catharine, Johnathon, Michael, Nicholas, Glenn, Ryan, Roland; several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, Roland LaDieu; siblings: Harry, George, Andy, Lorraine, Lowell.
Family and friends are invited to call at Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 E. Pulteney Street, Corning, NY on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 10:00am- Noon. A funeral service will immediately follow with Rev. Donald Rice officiating. A graveside will be held at the conclusion of the service at Hope Cemetery in Corning.
Memorial donations in Jeannes name may be sent to Samaritan's Purse.
