Jeff Lund

Jeff Lund, 77 beloved husband and father passed away peacefully at his home in Waterville on Tuesday September 23, 2025. He was born on April 5, 1948 in Council Bluffs, IA son of the late Ralph and Margaret Mary (Cooper) Lund.

Jeff was known for his kindness and his generosity of spirit. A maker and a doer all his life, Jeff has left tangible marks on many lives. An active member of the communities of St. John's and St. Mary's parishes, Jeff had a strong faith in Christ that brought him great solace. He also made wonderful connections through his work in auto parts sales; his easy going, honest, and approachable nature making him not only a business connection but a friend to many. A voracious reader, and meticulous landscape manager, Jeff's life was filled with joy and beauty and most of all care, that he shared in abundance.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette Desell-Lund, their daughter Margaret Cavazos and her husband Samuel Cavazos, and his sister Karen Bazzacco.

There will be no public visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on October 4th at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's parish church in Cambridge. A reception will be held following the Mass of Christian Burial at Jenna's House in Johnson, VT. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
