Jeffery William Jones was born on December 9, 1969, and passed from this life on September 11, 2025. He lived a life marked by service, family, and a deep love for the outdoors.
An avid outdoorsman, Jeff found great joy in hunting and fishing, especially at his beloved farm. Deer hunting on his land wasn't just a sport to him; it was a way to provide for his family. Their freezer was always full, the grill frequently fired up, but it was his famous deer jerky that everyone looked forward to most.
Jeff graduated from Moore High School in 1988. In 1999, he attended Moore/Norman Vo-Tech, where he began his journey as an EMT. Through dedication and hard work, he advanced through the ranks, achieving basic, intermediate, and paramedic certifications. Over the span of 28 years, he served communities across Oklahoma as a paramedic, working with Woodward County EMS, McClain Grady Counties, EMSA, and the Oklahoma City Fire Department. His care and compassion left a lasting impact on countless lives.
Those who knew Jeff will remember him as charismatic, fun, loyal, dependable, encouraging, truly one of a kind, and above all, deeply compassionate.
Family was his greatest priority. He loved attending his daughters' sporting events, going out to eat with loved ones, and taking family trips filled with camping, fishing, and quality time.
Jeff is survived by his father, Earl Wayne Jones; his daughters, Kaylee McIntosh and Payton Jones; his brother, Bryon Jones; his sister, Krista Jones; as well as numerous other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Jackie Jones.
Jeff's legacy of service and compassion lives on in the lives of those he cared for, and in the hearts of those who loved him.
