Jeffrey Atkinson Obituary

Jeffrey was born on May 9, 1984 to Jeff and Rita Atkinson. Jeffrey joined the US Marine Corps in 2003 and during his enlistment, was deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, attaining the rank of Corporal before being honorably discharged. In addition to his logistical duties, Jeffrey also participated in Toys for Tots, served as a member of the funeral honors detail, and as a swordman and rifleman for multiple Marine Corps Ball celebrations. His awards included multiple Iraq Campaign Medals, Navy Accommodation Medal, Sea Service Deployment Medal, and the Aviation Defense Medal.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Crystal Letchworth and her family, and his grandmother, Sadie Williams.
