Jeffrey Blohm

Jeffrey Blohm, 62, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026. He was born June 7, 1963, in Chicago, IL and grew up in Deerfield, IL. Jeff lived in Libertyville, IL with his wife for the past 29 years where they raised their son. Jeff was fascinated by weather and loved nature. He regularly spent his time gardening, fishing and bird watching, or as he put it taking care of his flock. He was an avid sports fan, rarely missing a Chicago Cubs or Chicago Bears game. His infectious smile and quiet sense of humor was known to put those around him at ease and surely brighten their day.

Surviving is his wife of 28 years, Julie Blohm; son, Calvin Blohm; five sisters and one brother, Susan (Earl) Wagener, Ginger (Jim) Archer, Janet Siena, Nancy (Brian) Hill, Mary (Serge) Gonzalez and Steve (Maureen) Blohm.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Blohm Jr. and Mary Ann and Floyd Parker.

A visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. in Libertyville.
