Jeffrey "Scott" Callahan, 55, of Canton passed away December 4, 2025. Born on December 18, 1969 a son of Kathy (Gene) Thomas Stroia and the late Michael Callahan. Besides his father he is preceded in death by his brother Michael Thomas Callahan. Scott graduated from Marlington High School in 1988 and later attended Hawking Tech, where he pursued his passion for the culinary arts. He loved being a chef and became well known and deeply appreciated within the downtown restaurant community. Scott had a warm, social spirit; he enjoyed watching sports and spending time with the people he cared about. Survived by daughter Isabel Callahan; 2 sisters Johnna Hall, Nikki Moor; 2 brothers Jon Callahan, Brian Callahan; granddaughter Nevaeh Callahan as well as many special cousins, family members and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
