Jeff was an Elida High School graduate and a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by a half brother – Paul (Stacy) Sexton and a half sister – June (Rick) Fields.
No public services are planned. He will be laid to rest in Fairmount Cemetery, near Uniopolis.
