Jeffrey Dillman passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2025, from natural causes. He was 55 years old. He is survived by his parents Pat Long (the late George Long) and Bill Dillman (Linda) as well as his siblings Doug (Michelle), Scott (Kirsten), and Elise Stein (John). Jeff also cherished his nieces and nephew. Alexandria, Haley, Drew, Taylor and Lauren. He will always be remembered by the many friends he made through his years in Little League, Council Rock High School, Rider College and later at Pike's Pub near his home in Southampton.
Jeff graduated from Council Rock High School in 1987, where he played 3 sports and was named All-Southeast Pennsylvania in football. He received a full baseball scholarship to Rider College, where he graduated with a degree in finance. While at Rider, Jeff was named New Jersey Pitcher of the Year, and was 2nd Team All-Region. After college, he was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals (1991) and spent 2 years with their organization. In 2011, Jeff was inducted into the Council Rock High School Sports Hall of Fame, in recognition of his outstanding athletic ability.
After retiring from professional baseball, Jeff took a position as a financial analyst with Money Management Advisory in Feasterville, where he remained for 28 years. He was valued by his clients through those many years as a smart and trustworthy advisor. He was valued by his friends and family as a generous and loving man with a wonderful sense of humor.
He remained passionate about the Phillies and the Eagles throughout his life. He loved sporting events, concerts, and sharing laughs with his friends at the pub. He will be missed by those who knew him and loved him. Arrangements have been entrusted to Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home,
