Jeff married Katherine Mary "Kathy" Saysoff on July 26, 1975 in Meriden, she survives at the home. He is also lovingly survived by his mother, Marvel M. Foster, Topeka, two daughters, Chasity (Jeff) Fizer, Meriden, Miranda (Jarrod) Galle, Ozawkie, two sisters, Suzy (Bruce) Turpin, Topeka, Stacey (Danny) Erdman, Meriden, one brother, Steven Foster, Topeka, three grandchildren, Logan Galle, Gage Galle and Kinley Fizer. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin "Fuzz" Foster and a brother, Randy Foster.
Cremation Care is planned with a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Meriden United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 2:30 to 3:00 PM before Service at the Church. A Celebration of Life Gathering will follow from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Saturday at Meriden V.F.W. Post 10815.

It's hard to understand why some live to 100 and some don't even make it to 1. Jesus was 37. But because of him we have hope there's more after this life. When I remember Jeff, I think of his laugh. It was happy, full hearted and I believe that's how he lived his life, too. His legacy will live on in you, his family! and prayers.
