Kinsey, of Gettysburg, Kimberly Martin and her husband, Lee, of Montana; his four nieces and nephews: Kate Kocher, Rob “Robbie” Moretz, Dane Moretz, Kara Moretz; and his canine companions: Gracie and beloved Cosmo.
After graduating Johnstown high school in 1988, Jeff graduated from Messiah College. He was employed for several years at the PA State System of Higher Education in IT services.
