Jeffrey Keith Johnson, 57, of Moore Twp., PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg campus, surrounded by his loving family.
Jeffrey was born on February 11, 1967, in Newton, NJ; he was the son of the late Barry Charles and Lois (Arnsen) Johnson.
Jeffrey graduated from Freedom High School, class of 1986. He worked for many years as a chemical operator at J.T. Baker. Jeff was a member of the Point Phillips Rod and Gun Club. Anyone who knows Jeffrey knows that Jeff would never miss an opportunity to spend his days outside hunting, fishing, and grilling an amazing meal for his family. He was an avid Michigan and Phillies fan. Jeff took pride in being an active father in all his children & activities. Jeffrey loved and adored his dog, Athena.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Kristin Lynn (Harding) Johnson, of Moore Twp., PA, son: Ryan Kenneth Johnson, of Allentown, PA; Eric Oh, of New York, whom Jeffrey took under his care as an exchange student whom than became one of the family; a daughter Katie Ann Johnson, of Moore Twp., PA; Brothers: Jarrod Johnson and his wife Maya, of Philadelphia, PA; Justin Smith and his wife Kristin, of Allentown, PA; father and mother-in-law: Kirk and Barbara Harding, of Palmer township; Florence and Dale Opdahl, of Loris, S.C., Step Father: Robert Altman and his wife Karen, of Nazareth, P.A.; nephews: Brayden and Jacob, and niece Ruby.
A gathering to remember Jeffrey's life will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton (Palmer Twp.), P.A. Following this, a Memorial Service will commence at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. The Family has decided to keep the interment private and at their convenience. The funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Morello Funeral Home Inc. We welcome online condolences at www.morellofuneralhome.com.
