Jeffrey "Jeff" Thede, age 62, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025.

He was born in Sheboygan on September 29, 1962, a son of Donald and Junice (Reimer) Thede.

Jeff attended Plymouth High School and graduated in 1981. In 1987, he married Mary Cain at St. John the Baptist in Plymouth.

Following high school, Jeff worked as a crew chief for Wynnfurst Racing/Kohler Racing until 2020. For over 20 years, he worked as a welder and fabricator for Kurtz North America.

Jeff was an avid hunter, enjoying several trips to Texas for wild boar hunting. He also enjoyed trap shooting in league for many years, fishing, and playing darts.

He is survived by: his wife, Mary; siblings, Judy (Larry) Baldock, Terry (Marlene) Thede, Gary (Barb) Thede; in-laws, Bill (special friend Lynn) Cain, Eugene (Cheryl) Cain, Ed Cain, Jerry (Donna) Cain, Tom Cain, Butch (Janeen) Cain, and Jim Sundee; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Tabitha; parents, Donald and Junice; father and mother-in-law, Francis and Delores Cain; and sisters, Linda Sundee and Wanda Schultz.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth.

Visitation will take place from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Pastor Dale Miller will officiate. Inurnment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Plymouth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Jeff's family.
