Jeffrey was born December 28, 1953 in Lima, to Jesse Sr. and Pinnie (Smith) Washington, who preceded him in death.
Jeffrey was a 1972 graduate of Lima Senior High School and he worked various jobs around the country. He was an avid science fiction fan and he enjoyed fishing. Jeffrey was a talented artist and he loved watching track and field. He had a special talent when it came to sewing and he could even make clothing.
Jeffrey is survived by his brothers, Gary Washington and Larry Washington; sister, Charlene Washington and his daughter Ashley Washington.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Washington, Jr.
No services will be held at this time.
