Jeff Wiley, 65, passed away peacefully at home on November 22, 2024, surrounded by the love of his wife and children. His life was dedicated to his family and working hard.
Born on February 20, 1959, in Havre de Grace, MD, 1977 graduate of Kennard Dale High School and son to Nora Jane Wiley (Heiner) and the late Joseph Evan Wiley. Jeff spent his life loving his family, finding happiness in cutting firewood, burning leaves, and enjoying the simple things. He was a man of grit and dedication, carving out a career as a heavy equipment operator at Crouse Construction before rising to the role of crew chief as a pipeliner with Williams Pipeline. Jeff's work ethic and leadership left a lasting impression on those he worked with.
Above all, Jeff cherished his family. For 42 wonderful years, he was the loving husband of Diana Lynn Wiley (Bonsall) Together, they built a life rich with love and laughter. He was a proud and caring father to Kayla Seymour (Larry) and Kris Wiley (Julie) who were the light of his life, and his love grew even bigger when he became "Poppy" to his four grandchildren Larry, Peyton, Chase and Harper who brought him endless joy.
Jeff is also survived by his uncle, Stanley Heiner of Delta, and several cousins, along with countless friends who will forever remember his kind heart and welcoming spirit. We find peace in knowing he is resting now alongside of his father Joseph.
Jeff lived a life defined by love, hard work, and gratitude. His family and friends will hold tight to the memories of his laughter, the warmth of his presence, and his unwavering support.
A celebration of life will be held on January 11th 2025 at Fawn Grove VFW, 171 N. Market St., Fawn Grove, PA at 1pm. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as his legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him
