Jenna is survived by her parents, Teresa (Anthony) Conley of Oil Springs, KY and Michael Blackburn of Flat Gap, KY; one son, Deacon Couch, her companion, Todd Stacy of Inez, KY; maternal grandparents, Bonnie and Jonathan Duncan of Staffordsville, KY, paternal grandparents, Troy and Maggie Blackburn of Tomahawk, KY and two step-sisters, Sara Conley and Brooke Conley. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm, Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, KY with Mike Jarrell officiating. Burial will follow at the Lakeview Cemetery in Paintsville, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00-9:00pm.
