Jennifer Brown Williams was born on April 2, 1977, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Cynthia Calvin and Willie Brown. She accepted Christ at an early age and attended elementary through high school in Lake Charles, graduating from Washington-Marion High School.

After high school, Jennifer moved to Houston, Texas, where she built a life filled with purpose, education, and love. She worked faithfully as a school bus driver for 23 years, all while attending the University of Houston, where she earned her Master's degree in Speech Pathology. Her passion for helping others led her to serve both in home health care and later as a speech pathologist in schools, where she touched countless young lives.

Jennifer married the love of her life, Edward Williams, and together they shared 18 beautiful years, 12 of those in marriage. Their union was filled with laughter, love, and deep commitment.

Jennifer was a devoted mother, stepmother, grandmother, and friend. She loved traveling, home décor, and hosting gatherings for her family and friends. She enjoyed life's simple joys and cherished the moments that brought everyone together. She also loved the occasional trip to the casino, where she found fun and relaxation.

She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Odelia and Clavis Fobbs, Catherine Bruno, uncle, Robert Fobbs; and aunt, Willie Mae Coleman.

Jennifer leaves to cherish her loving memories are her devoted husband, Edward Williams; her parents, Cynthia Calvin, Willie Brown, and stepfather, Alfred Calvin; her brothers, Javen Brown, Joshua Brown-Covington, and Aden Ledee; children, Jenerra Brown, Zedewen Asowata, and Raylon Dejean; her stepchildren, Eric and Erykah Williams; her grandchildren, Aalayah, Eric Williams Jr., Legend McGhee, Loyalty Lazard, Remi, Loyal Lazard, and Elli; her aunts, Christine Fobbs and Martha Page; uncles, Howard Fobbs and Larry Fobbs; and a host of other loving relatives and friends who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
