Jennifer Lynn James

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jennifer Lynn James, 49, of Berthoud, Colorado. She was tragically taken from us in a senseless act of violence. Born in Loveland, Jennifer was a devoted mother, a courageous fighter, and a woman who lived with fierce love and quiet strength.
A single mother to four children-Jennifer gave her all to her family. Her children were her greatest joy, and she built a home rooted in love, laughter, and resilience. Jennifer's life was marked by extraordinary bravery. She was a four-time breast cancer survivor, a testament to her unwavering spirit and determination. Even in the hardest moments, she carried herself with grace and never stopped fighting.
She had a deep love for animals, especially sloths and highland cows, whose gentle and quirky spirits reflected her own. Her warmth extended to everyone she met, and her sense of humor and compassion left a lasting imprint on all who knew her. Jennifer is survived by her children Ashley, Hayley, Emily, and Jayden; her mother, Leona; and her brother, Craig, and her son-in-law Drew. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, and in the strength and kindness she passed on to her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
A celebration of life will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church on May 14th 2025 at 11am. 7755 Greenstone Trail, Fort Collins, CO 80525
