Jennifer May (Hudson) Viers, 59 of Maxwell, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at her home in Maxwell.
Jennifer was born September 19, 1965, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Theodore "Ted" and Leota (Gardner) Hudson. She graduated from Collins Maxwell High School in 1984. Jennifer attended Indian Creek Baptist Church in Maxwell and loved to be able to spend time with her grandchildren.
Jennifer is survived by her son, James (Rachel) Viers of Maxwell; her mother, Leota Hudson of Maxwell; her grandchildren, Abby, Wyatt and Josiah Viers all of Maxwell; and her brothers, Scott (Sue) Hudson of Greenfield, Tim (Janet) Hudson of Maxwell, Jim (Tammy) Hudson of Maxwell, Tom (Lisa) Hudson of Maxwell and Matt (Billie) Hudson of Maxwell. She was preceded in death by her father, Ted Hudson in 2024.
Jennifer has been cremated and a service honoring her life will be at a later date. She will be laid to rest at the Maxwell Cemetery in Maxwell.
