Jeremy Adam Burnette, born on January 19, 1981, in Greenville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, in Hull, Texas, as he went to be with his Heavenly Father. A man of remarkable spirit and devotion, Jeremy's greatest joy was his cherished family, particularly his beloved sons, Liam and Bradley, who he affectionately referred to as his buddies.
Jeremy's career as a journeyman lineman was marked by hard work and dedication, embodying the ethos of a man who believed in the value of a job well done. His favorite saying, "I just want to put my boots on," reflected his readiness to tackle the day ahead, whether it involved work or spending playful moments with his family.
Those who knew Jeremy will remember his warm personality and deep love for family and friends. His passion for fishing was well-known, even if the fish rarely cooperated. He found joy not only in the sport itself but also in the time spent outdoors, where he created lasting memories filled with laughter and shared stories. Jeremy was also known for his playful teasing, always enjoying the opportunity to give his family a hard time, a testament to his endearing sense of humor and strong connections with those he loved.
He is survived by his wife of six years, Samantha "Goggles" Burnette; his sons, Liam and Bradley; his father, Bruce Burnette; his mother, Brenda Williamson and her husband Daril; his brother, Michael Burnette; his nephews, Konnor Burnette and Kaiden Burnette; and his sisters-in-law, Savannah Salas and Sonya Chavez. Jeremy is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, family members, and a large host of friends who will all miss him dearly.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, two uncles, an aunt, and his mother-in-law, Leticia Salas.
