Jerome White Obituary

Jerome Francis White, 50, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025.

Jerry was born on December 7, 1974 in Livonia, Michigan, son to Thomas H. White and Maryanne White. He received his MBA from the University of Phoenix and undergraduate from NC State. He was a member of the Sigma Chi and loved his fraternity brothers. After moving from Southern Michigan, Jerry lived in Charlotte, NC and Matthews, NC before moving to Fort Mill, SC. Jerry was Sr. Services Engagement Director for Genesys for 8 ½ years and previously worked with Avaya and Lucent Technologies.

Jerry enjoyed playing golf, going hiking, coaching soccer and loved spending time at the beach with his family. He was a kind, witty and thoughtful man who loved his family and friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Jerry was of the Catholic faith and his faith and family were important to him.

In addition to his parents, Thomas and Maryanne White; Jerry is also survived by his fiancé Elizabeth White; his precious daughters Emma and Julia whom he loved immensely and was so proud of them as they are both attending UNC Chapel Hill; brother Thomas White II and wife Amy, sister Theresa Waldron and husband Jeff; nephew Bryce Waldron; nieces Leah Waldron and Madelyn and Olivia White; as well as 3 aunts and several cousins.

Jerry's family will receive friends on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 10:00 am until 10:45 am with a Eulogy beginning at 10:45 am, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 8015 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28277. Father Binoy Davis will be Celebrant. Interment will be private.
