Jerrie Winston Obituary
Jerrie dedicated much of her professional life to accounting, working for H&H/JK Auto Parts as well as several other businesses over the years. Outside of work, she found great joy in gardening-nurturing flowers and plants with care-and loved hosting gatherings where she could share laughter, food, and memories with her cherished family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Phillip Winston; siblings Colene Winston (Frank), Leo Doebel (Debbie), Donneta Sisson (David), Mark Doebel (Dawn), and Craig Doebel; 17 nieces and nephews; 23 great-nieces and -nephews; and one great-great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Jean Doebel; and father Leo Doebel.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10 at the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Research Institute or Hospice of the Piedmont.
