Jerry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Toni Lengle Kubaska; children, Brian Kubaska and Nichole (Omar Pitts Jr.) Kubaska; and grandson, Omar Pitts III.
Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 8:00 PM in the funeral home with Reverend Joseph Cardaro Sr. officiating. Burial will be private. www.cardarofuneralhome.com
