He was born August 22, 1957, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late John David and Helen Jett McAdams. Prior to retirement, he worked as a Stage Designer for Ted Turner Enterprises while living in Atlanta and traveled across the United States with his job. He was a skilled craftsman working with his hands using a chisel to engrave and craft wood. He also worked in metal engraving. He enjoyed being outside canoeing, fishing and being near the water.
He is survived by four brothers, Randall "Royce" McAdams of Alabama, Charles McAdams (Hala) of Eagleville, Joe McAdams of Springfield, and Jim McAdams (Bonnie) of Fayetteville; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home and Crematory, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN, on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 12:00 pm at London Funeral Home with burial of his cremains at Bethberei Cemetery.
