She was born December 14, 1959, in Youngstown, OH, daughter of the late Jack Blinco, Sr. and Shirley Susan Shafer Carpenter.
Jill was a retired Record Specialist for the State of Ohio. She belonged to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was a Christian by faith.
She loved going on cruises and riding the family Harley with her husband. She loved audio books, gardening, and watching her granddaughter cheer & dance.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Blinco, Jr.; and father-in-law, Wayne Beabout.
Jill is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Russell Wayne Beabout; daughter, Brooke Nicole Klempa and her favorite son-in-law, Justin of Colerain, OH; her granddaughter, who Jill adored, Emily Annalynn Klempa; and mother-in-law, Sandra Kay Beabout.
Friends will be received on Sunday, September 1, 2024 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 12 PM with Pastor Debra Dague officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Greenwood Cemetery.
